Solomon announces
the passing of an audit of the Computer Filing Cabinet ®
Software for being compliant with the FDA Part 11 specifications.
This is currently being tested with a major pharmaceutical
company and the FDA.

Solomon announces
a special agreement with Professional Document Management
of South Carolina in which they will arrange for their network
of dealers to start marketing nationwide Computer Filing Cabinet®
systems.

Solomon announces
that they have converted Specialty Insurance Underwrites (an
auto insurance company) from a CD-ROM jukeboxes to the CFC-SILO
hard disk solution. Specialty was about to completely fill
their second NSM 150 slot jukebox. The new CFC-SILO has the
capacity to handle over 1,600 CD's with millisecond retrieval
versus 10 second retrieval. Each CFC-SILO of the size installed
here can handle over 28 million images.

Solomon announce
that their dealer has won a contract from City of Hialeah
to Provide a document image management system to meet the
needs of the City Clerk's office and other areas of the city.
The bid request was spelled out in detail the needs and requested
the cost for hardware, software, training, and maintenance
for three years. Solomon was proud to announce that of the
9 bids submitted we had the lowest Bid being less than half
of the next closest bid and 1/5 of the highest.

NEW TERMINAL SERVER
SOLUTION
Solomon announces
their new terminal server solution has been added to the line
of products with the successful installation of a 10 users
setup for an Insurance Agency with over 50 on and off site
users.

Solomon proudly announces
an "Automatic Filing System" as an additional option to the
Computer Filing Cabinet®. This recognizes the forms, OCR's
the selected fields, verifies against an external database
and automatically files the document.
The company is a
health care administrator handling Medicare's HFCA's and UB's
forms. According to them CFC has greatly increased their efficiency.
